How we work - Our Rates

We quote our services on standard pricing rates that take into account our knowledge, our time, our equipment and any materials used. Our approach allows us to commit time to ensuring that the precious objects we work with are handled with care. We don't compromise care to save time and reduce cost.

Typical Costs Associated with a project

We work with a range of clients and projects. To accommodate different personal approaches and different project types, we split these costs to ensure that we can commit quality time to all our clients, based on their specific requirements.

How do we set our pricing?

Our pricing is calculated to account for Time (Hourly), Equipment (Depreciation) and Materials (Direct Cost).

The most variable cost is time, which includes both time to communicate with you and time to complete the work. We bill for project-specific advice to ensure our time is respected. This allows us to keep our base service pricing lower, as we don't need to add a contingency.

Digitisation Admin & Setup Cost - This covers the administrative component of managing your project and setting up the equipment. It's a fixed fee that covers invoicing, preparing your files to send to you, backing files up and working through any questions you might have.	$40-80
File Setup and Review Costs - This covers the cost of setting up your files, reviewing them for print and making sure we're helping you get the best possible outcome.	$160-$280/hr
Consultation Costs - If you need project-specific advice, we're happy to work with you and your ideas. This service is billed in 15-minute increments and applies to project-specific advice and consultative projects. These costs doesn't apply to general advice that is also available on our website.	$160-$280/hr
Product Printing and Framing Costs - These costs are based on material costs and are determined by size. You can see these costs outlined on our various services pages.	By Size
USB Scanning - The additional costs of maintaining a seperate network, computer and additional virus scanning licence are consolidated into a fixed fee to help cover these costs.	$20

Urgent Projects - Rush Fees

Our team works exceptionally hard to look after our clients and we focus heavily on encouraging a healthy work life balance. We hold high values to ensure our team is compensated appropriately for overtime and additional work in excess of 38 hours/week. If we have available capacity, your project cost will reflect the cost of overtime and weekend pay rates. We quote our overtime rates as fixed costs on projects.

Team Rates

Our base rates take into account the experience of the team and the equipment they've been provided to fulfil their role. For larger projects, various team members will contribute to the delivery of the project to improve efficiency and to reduce overall cost.

Professional & Commercial Services - Account and project management for large commercial projects.	$320/hr

Digitisation Rates

Our base equipment rates take into account the cost of the equipment and operator/s required. Our quotes are based on a per object cost using the most suitable equipment for your requirements and may vary based on the condition and storage of the provided objects, which may increase handling time. Larger projects will include a contingency to account for additional handling time, ensuring that we are never rushing your project, sacrificing care or quality to meet a budget.

Our pricing takes into account handling time, the cost of our ink, other consumables, maintenance and external colour validation.
